Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our family. Many people recognize me on Instagram, where I chronicle my adventures ranging from highs and lows. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America along with my parents and brother when I turned one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' devotion to perseverance and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be here sharing my journey. With the opportunity to have a better life, I wanted to do my best to please them, and determined to achieve my goals. It was my plan to attend school, graduate and get an employment that was good. After that, I was looking for a wife and kids. My goal was to attend college to graduate, then get a corporate job. After that, I'd marry then buy a house, and have kids. However, life was not so sure. My corporate job in 2013 was a job I hated. Status and money didn't bring me happiness. I believed that I wasted my time to make a living. The year 2013 was when I realized that my passion was exercising. I also enjoyed socializing and being able to help other people. As I moved towards this direction change in my life, I found private training. In this year, I am celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014, I launched my own business. As a Asian female in this industry there are very many of us. As a coach, my goal is to encourage others and empower them to live a healthier and enjoyable life by establishing healthy and sustainable living styles that meet each individual's needs and goals. Additionally, I aim in empowering others to achieve their dreams and goals in order to achieve whatever they want to achieve. As I started my job, the passing of my mother was the biggest hit to my personal life. Following an 8-year battle with the disease, she is at peace at Heaven. I will never forget her, and continue to remember her in my mind as well as my heart. Even if you can't see it initially, the universe has a funny way of giving us what we really need. The unexpected death that shaped me forever. It was a true blessing. that it provided me with a chance to experience life. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to start her new journey. I was given a second chance to live the life of a fulfilled and happy. As I enter my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. It is true that I am living my life now, and not just surviving like I was previously. My intention in the story I am sharing is to inform you that you're not alone. I would like you to believe that love is real and that a therapy session can be normal. Your health is truly your most valuable asset. I hope that you experience life at your best and never have regrets in the final hours of your life. The death of a person is the only certainty in our lives.
